The toddle blog is made with toddle for full SSR and near-perfect scores with Lighthouse π’ The remaining few percentages are not limitations from toddle, we just screwed up by not having our headings in the right order (fixing now π€¦ ). It is basically a fully static webpage, which toddle is perfectly capable of with all best-practices in mind. If we later decide to add more interactive app-like functionality to the blog, then we can simply keep using toddle, with the more advanced features.
Other tools, such as wordpress are made specifically for blogs and simple static websites, and is really great at it if you find a template that fits your idea. You will not have the same freedom later on if you want to start making something more advanced/interactive, but you're off to a quick start. It depends on your current and future needs, I guess π€· The more you know now, the better decision you can make around tooling.
