Xano uses a REST API, and makes it easy to set up a backend without writing any code. You can use Xano as your backend for your next toddle application.

How do I connect toddle to Xano's API?

You need to create a Xano user to get access to their API. It's free to get started and very easy to set up.

Once you have logged in to you can get started in a few steps:

Step 1: Click on API in the left-hand menu

Step 2: Click on the desired API group you'd like to connect to

Step 2: Choose an API group

Step 3: Copy the API group's base URL

Step 4: Insert the API group's base URL in toddle

Once the URL is inserted, toddle will automatically add the correct path. To add a new API in toddle, simply click on the canvas in an existing project and click on the plus sign next to API.

Step 5: Click the add path button and insert the query you need for the API group.
